It has been an impressive start to the season for Bosco A-Reserves starting out with victories over Como and Riverwood in the first 2 rounds. Today at the hands of the Gorillas, our boys suffered their first defeat of the 2021 season going down 30 - 12 in a tough match at the Gorilla Pit in Gymea.
The first half of the match was extremely close with both teams giving as good as they received. Despite some great defence by both sides it was 2 tries a piece heading into the main break.
In the second half Gymea proved to be more resilient and with momentum starting to shift towards the Gorillas they were able to pull away from Bosco scoring 4 unanswered tries and claim victory.
